Bootcamp is a 45 minute intensive workout It will work all your major muscle groups and give you a great cardio workout to boot. It's not for you if you don't like to sweat!  It’s social, lots of fun and always varied. Bootcamp incorporates the POWERPLATE as well as our functional training equipment like the ropes.
